Jefferson Farfán's Peru drew 1-1 with Brazil in Sunday's FIFA World Cup 2010 qualifier at home at the Monumental de Ate Stadium in Lima. Kaká gave The Canaries a halftime lead, but Juan Vargas equalised in the 71st minute.
PSV forward Jefferson Farfán started against Brazil and played the full 90 minutes. Ronaldinho, Robinho and Vágner Love, the CSKA striker who will meet PSV in a UEFA Champions League group stage match in Moscow next Tuesday, all made an appearance for Brazil.
Argentina are the only team with maximum points after three rounds of games. Brazil are third with five points, while Peru lie eighth with two points from their three games. Peru, with Jefferson Farfán, will meet Ecuador, with Edison Méndez, in Quito on Wednesday.
