A nineteen-man squad will take off for Florence at Eindhoven Airport on Wednesday morning. Ismail Aissati will stay in Eindhoven, while the Brazilian Eduardo Alcides will make the trip to Italy to face a late test. Mika Väyrynen has been added to the squad.

Ismail Aissati picked up a knock to his ankle in Young PSV's 2-0 defeat on Monday night and will stay in Eindhoven for treatment. The young midfielder has not sustained a serious injury, but would probably be ruled out of Thursday's clash with Fiorentina. Alcides is trying to shake off a knee problem and will face a late fitness test during Wednesday's training session on the pitch of Stadio Artemio Franchi. Sef Vergoossen will preview the game at a press conference on Wednesday at 18:30 and half an hour later the PSV head coach will take charge of the final training session, which is behind closed doors, ahead of the UEFA Cup quarter final first leg.
