The PSV first-team squad trained behind closed doors on Wednesday morning, ahead of Thursday's UEFA Cup quarter final second leg against Fiorentina at the Philips Stadium. Dutch and foreign media representatives were only allowed to attend the final fifteen minutes of the training session.
Ibrahim Afellay and Jefferson Farfán were absent at training, as both players are ruled out of Thursday's clash with Fiorentina. Afellay has sustained an ankle injury, while Farfán serves a one-match ban after picking up a booking in Florence. Ismail Aissati has returned to full fitness and is expected to be available for Thursday's game. A capacity crowd is expected to be on hand tomorrow night at the Philips Stadium, including some 1600 travelling fans.
