Cees van der Linden will succeed Mart van den Heuvel as physiotherapist at PSV. Van der Linden, who hails from N.E.C. in Nijmegen, will start his new role with PSV in the summer, filling the void left by Van den Heuvel, who has been appointed as the new team manager of PSV. Van der Linden had spells with FC Den Bosch, N.E.C. and RBC Roosendaal during his career as a professional football player.

For over 25 years, Mart van den Heuvel has been running onto the pitch with his pitch side bag whenever a PSV player needed treatment. 44-year-old Cees van der Linden spent nine years as a defender with FC Den Bosch, before he made a move to N.E.C. He stayed five seasons in Nijmegen and spent the final eighteen months of his career as a professional football player at RBC. After studying physiotherapy, he worked as a physio at FC Utrecht and N.E.C. in Nijmegen. Mart van den Heuvel will contine his career with PSV as their new team manager.
