PSV take on Vitesse at the Gelredome in Arnhem on Sunday for the last match in the regular season in the Dutch Eredivisie. Head coach Sef Vergoossen makes two changes from the team that drew 1-1 with FC Twente last week. Jason Culina is suffering from a strain in the upper leg. Ibrahim Afellay, who was ruled out of last week's game against FC Twente through suspension, returns to the starting line up to take his place in midfield.

Mike Zonneveld makes his return to the starting eleven to deputise for Jan Kromkamp who has sustained a knee injury. Zonneveld plays at left back, while Alcides plays in the right back position. Ismail Aissati, who is match fit, starts on the bench. Bakkal and former Vitesse striker Danko Lazovic also drop to the bench. Edison Méndez retains his place in midfield, along with Timmy Simons and Ibrahim Afellay. Jefferson Farfán partners Danny Koevermans up front, with Balázs Dzsudzsák seeking to provide support from the left flank. PSV need one point to win their fourth consecutive title. Vitesse v PSV kicks off at 14:30
