The Dutch football magazine Voetbal International has published all stats and data of the first period of the current campaign in this week’s issue. One of the most significant facts that were revealed was that PSV have scored more goals from set pieces than any other Dutch Eredivisie side.PSV players netted as many as seventeen goals from set pieces. PSV also do well in the ranking of headed goals. SC Heerenveen are on top, having scored eleven headed goals; PSV players have produced ten headers that went home. Another interesting phenomenon is that PSV have not conceded a single goal in the first fifteen minutes of any of their seventeen domestic league games.It was also revealed that PSV have been the most attacking side but one so far. AZ have had 263 attempts on target, PSV have had 205 attempts and sc Heerenveen 191. PSV players have been successful in 20, 49% of these attempts. AZ have the most prolific finishers (26, 35%). De Graafschap players have committed most fouls in the first part of the 2004-2005 season: 351.
