Young PSV suffered a narrow 1-0 defeat at the hands of Young AZ at the DSB Stadium in Alkmaar on Tuesday night. The match seemed to be heading for a goalless draw when Young AZ substitute Chevello de Rijp gave his side a 1-0 win with a late-gasp goal.
Young PSV suffered their sixth straight defeat in their penultimate match of the season. Nothing but honour is at stake when Young PSV play hosts to Young Vitesse on Monday, after a season which has seen both teams consolidate a mid-table place. Young PSV are set to include many junior players in their team for Monday's game, as they will take off for Hongkong on Tuesday to take part in an international tournament.
