Edison Méndez trained separately from the rest of the squad on Tuesday morning. The Ecuadorian, who has sustained an upper leg injury, is continuing his own rehabilitation programme, supervised by physiotherapist Cees van der Linden and fitness coach Luc van Agt and hopes to join the squad for full training soon.
