Young PSV player Rob van Boekel joins First Division side FC Eindhoven on a three-year deal. The 21-year-old forward, who was a youth player with PSV since the 1997/98 season, is the second player who makes a move from PSV to Eindhoven after Rochdi Achenteh had completed a deal with the First Division side before.
Former team mates
Van Boekel missed virtually all of last term, due to a serious knee injury. The forward started playing football with amateurs UNA before joining PSV. He spent eleven seasons at the PSV Youth Academy. At FC Eindhoven, Van Boekel will be reunited with former PSV team mates Rochdi Achenteh and Sjors Paridaans.
