The PSV squad had a rather uneventful day in the wake of the Amstel Cup win over FC Volendam. The players who were in action last night did a cooling-down run and the reserves played, among other things, a game of football on the artificial pitch. John de Jong defied the cold and took part in the game of football, just like Nathan Coe and Edwin Zoetebier, who took up their familiar position between the posts. At that moment the regular first team player were already inside in the dressing room; they had no other obligations today, apart from some media requests. The squad will have a day-off tomorrow, but on Friday they will be back on duty. One training session is scheduled on Friday, when the players prepare for the league clash against RKC Waalwijk. There will be a final training session on Saturday morning at ten o'clock.
