Glasgow Rangers defender Arthur Numan might move to The Netherlands at the end of this season. The 33-year old left back player has already stated that he'd be interested in a return to his native country. Both Feyenoord and PSV are very eager to sign the former Dutch international, though PSV seems to be in the best position to do business with him. PSV manager Guus Hiddink would like Arthur to come back to Eindhoven, the city where Numan has kept his family house for the last five years. According to Numan's manager Joop Koorevaar, Arthur "wants to make a final decision at the end of the month". Koorevaar will contact Rangers this week to see what (contract) they are offering.
