PSV defender Jan Kromkamp will not be called up to the squad to face Heracles Almelo on Saturday night. The PSV defender might suffer a recurrence of his injury if he makes an appearance on an artificial pitch. The Chinese Haibin Zhou has been included in the match squad, said Dwight Lodeweges at the weekly press briefing.

Kromkamp has returned to full fitness. Lodeweges: 'He does well at training and provided the assist for our sixth goal against Ajax. But we don't want to expose him to playing a match on artificial turf pitch, so we won't call him up to the squad', said Lodeweges, who took charge of two training sessions on an artificial turf pitch in as many days this week to prepare for Saturday's game at Heracles, with a 20:45 kick off.
