Eindhoven was covered by a thick layer of snow last night. It meant that stadium crews had to get up early in the morning to clear the pitch of the Eindhoven Philips Stadium of snow, so that the training session, scheduled for 11:00 could go ahead.The PSV first team squad have a training session at that time to prepare for the UEFA Champions League tie against AS Monaco FC. The players are to report in the stadium. If the pitch cannot be used after all, they players can take their training session at De Herdgang, the PSV training ground. The customary pre-match press conference will be held in the stadium. Below you will see some picture of the snow-clearing activities.
